SHOP POLICIES:
Payment:
At this time, I am only accepting payment through Paypal. Please note, you may pay through paypal with your credit/debit card without having to sign up for a paypal account.
A 4% state sales tax will apply to all purchases in Alabama, and within Huntsville, a 9% city sales tax will be applied to all purchases.

Shipping:
All shipping is handled through the USPS.
Items will be shipped within 4-6 business days of receipt of order, provided payment has cleared.
International purchases will not include any duties/customs fees, these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All rates are based on USPS Flat Rate shipping fees.
Please note, I may use clean recycled boxes for shipping your product to you.
All items come from a pet friendly, non smoking home.

Local Pickup: If you are local to Huntsville, AL and would like to pick up your order in person, this can be arranged! Please contact MythicMermaidArts@gmail.com prior to purchase for information on how to order with local pickup as the shipping method.

Refunds:
Refunds and Returns are handled on a case by case basis.
If you have a problem with your purchase and need to discuss refund options, Please contact MythicMermaidArts@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.

Custom Orders/Commissions:
I do commissions and custom orders on a case by case basis.
Please contact me privately for more information at MythicMermaidArts@gmail.com.
Please be aware that all custom orders will require a 50% payment up front before I will begin work on the order. Rates vary based on intricacy, material, size etc. of the project
All of my pieces are handmade with love and attention to every detail, therefore similar items will contain flaws and inconsistencies.
